Alana & Daddy......

Alana loves to see Daddy for lunch and this particular day he wasn't feeling well, so she was giving him lots of hugs and kisses to help him feel better faster!! She has a scar under her nose now from kissing the sidewalk!! Hopefully over time it will fade but it seems to stand out right now!

The kids had a coloring night and a good time together!! Alana is really loving coloring and having the kids back home and being together!!

So, I'm finally caught up!!! yeah me.......

Alana loves to go feed these cows right down the road from our house, old dry bread. They come right up to the fence! She says to me, " I need to go work on those cows" I is pretty funny. The little box was cute that she could fit into it and so I took a picture. Notice the boo boo under her nose. She had a hard fall on the sidewalk and managed to only scrape under her nose!! Now that is talent!

Saying goodbye.......

So we said goodbye to Shea and he went home to South Carolina. Alana was sad to see him go. we had a nice visit and miss him. We also saw a good friend Betty in NC and Alana just loves to give her a hug. Good byes are always hard...

New Years Eve Party in North Carolina!!!! Fun Times

We had a GREAT time with our friends Wayne and Iris and their family on New Years Eve! We had a Wonderful dinner and a great time chatting the evening away till 2am. The kids all played and enjoyed their time together as well. If you notice the kitchen counter in one of the pictures,we all ate 12 grapes at the last 12 seconds of the year for good luck in the 12 months of the new year to come. This is a tradition for their family in Mexico and something they do every year so that was fun and new for us!! We had a good time in NC over new years and enjoyed seeing friends and family.
