Alanas Nail Party

Alana picked out a beautiful pink nail polish on her trip to Walmart. She was so excited to have mommy paint her nails when they got home. Alana wanted to paint Aunt Vanessa's nails when she was done with her own. She did a great job and painted her fingers and toes without any help. When she was done she wanted to show off her great job to the camera.

Our road trip to Savannah, what a DAY!!!

We had a early start to the day and headed to Savannah. We had a fun filled day planned. We ate at The Lady and Son's Restaurant and it was so delicious. All cooked by Paula Deen herself of course!!! (LOL) We walked the historic area for a lot of the day and saw so many amazing sights, our feet were tired. So we were off to the beach to relax and watch the sunset. We drove to Tybee Island were there was a Light House and it was very cool. We went back into Savannah to the River walk after the amazing sunset and did some souvenir shopping! We were all exhausted at this point and headed out for our drive home. Late night arrival at 11:30 and a taco bell run to finish the night off, what a day!

We took Alana on a little shopping trip and she actually tried on the clothes and loved it. Which she usually does not!! The picture in her white tank top is her FAVORITE shirt that she got! She wants to wear it all the time, even dirty! She calls it her topping.......Notice she has some lovely red princess glitter in her hair and she is also getting quite good at applying her own lip gloss!!

Fun Lunch with The Hodges & The Brenneis Bunch!!

We went to a "Little"... (seriously tiny) restaurant for lunch today and we had so much fun being silly and goofy as you can see in these pictures!! After we ate our yummy lunch we did a little bit of shopping and got Alana some very cute outfits so stay tuned for her fashion show!! Then we went to see the fun new movie Madagascar 2 and we all thought it was great!

Parents heading back to Kentucky!!

So, Sunday morning we had a nice big breakfast together and went for a stroll around the neighborhood. Then Mom and Dad had to hit the road for their long trip back home. We all said our very sad goodbye's, we will miss them!

Alana The Rockstar and her Groupies Aunt Vanessa & Uncle Ben

Alana loves to spend time with her Aunt Vanessa and her Uncle Ben. Whenever she gets the chance she is having them read her a story, draw pictures and play chase through the living room! She even got to have a sleep over with them on Sunday and she was so excited she wanted to go to sleep all day! The next morning I asked her how her sleepover was and with a big smile on her face she said "It was Wonderful!!" She is to cute! The picture with just Alana is her in the outfit that her Uncle Ben picked out for her and she just loved it!

Our Fun filled Saturday!!!

Our Saturday was busy busy busy and so much fun! We stayed in our pj's till noon and then we all got ready to go to lunch at Zaxby's! The family hung out at the mall for a while before going back home to start cooking our Thanksgiving dinner which ended up being a lot of fun! We had a delicious dinner that we were all very thankful for. After dinner we visited and played games, it was a blast! The picture of Vanessa and I on the floor was part of our game, we had to stand up without using our hands with frogs on our heads for the win of the game ( boys against girls of coarse) HeHeHe...and this picture is our winning moment, Yeah us!!! That was our Saturday!! Still more to come...
